Before leaving Liverpool went for a steady 30 minute jog along the seafront at Crosby.
It was actually the Sefton tri and Crosby Baths - if I'd known I would have been able to have a go!

ReplyDeleteSimon, No unfortunately I won't be able to make it as I have a work leaving-do I need to be at. Lots of Ilkley Harriers should be going and also some LBT people I know so you should get a great turn-out - shame I'll be missing it.
